 Alex Cothell, professional BBQ competitor, KCBS BBQ Competition organizer, Certified BBQ Judge (CBJ) and owner of The Barbeque Factory, will be offering BBQ technique classes starting this spring. Alex is a regularly scheduled guest BBQ instructor at The Backyard Barbecue Store in Wilmette, IL. This year, he has been invited to teach a block of BBQ courses for Illinois’ Oakton Community College’s “Cooking With the Chef” series in the spring of 2008.
