Ok, So Here's Our Story

We've come a long way, baby!

Yes, the BBQ bug got us. We went to our very first competition in Peoria, Illinois is September 2004,  and we knew immediately that we were:

#1. Hooked on Q
                        #2. Going to need a new trailer
                        #3. Going to have A LOT to learn.....

To the surprise of neither of us, we were right on all counts.

We threw ourselves into BBQ Competing 100%. After winning our very first ribbon at very our first competition, we know there was no turning back. The end of 2004 and the beginning of 2005 were spent reading, experimenting, getting contest information, and BBQ-ing, even in the winter cold. Doctor Porkenstein, to this day, lives, eats and sleeps BBQ... and there is no end in sight...
