Doctor Porkenstein is a competition BBQ Team from Kenosha, Wisconsin. We have competed in KCBS BBQ Competitions from as far south as Hammond, Louisiana, and as far north as Cambridge, Minnesota.

We LOVE BBQ! We love to cook it, eat it, but most of all, meet other people from around the country who share our interest in cooking the finest, slow cooked pit BBQ around.
